You choose a prize that someone will win...Say a Flatscreen TV that's valued at $500.00. Based on 100 squares on the board, this would break down to you needing to charge $5.00 a square to break even. You would like to make $500.00 for your organization so you change this price per square in the system to $10.00. 3). You and your group send out invites for people to participate and fill the board. Once the board is filled, you have $1000.00 in money in the pool. At the end of the game, a winner will be chosen based on the final score. 4). The winner receives the Flatscreen, while you just raised $500.00 for your charity. Easy right?
